How do I get my picture on the product that I want?

The process of getting your picture on the product of our choice is very easy! Your first step is to choose the product that you want. Second step is to simply order your product. Finally, look forward to an email from our Woof Works team and follow the directions from there!

What is the benefit of creating an account?

By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. It will also enable you to use cool features like the Wish List.

How long will it take for my custom product to arrive?

Delivery lead time will vary based on your location in the country. Since your order is completely custom, it takes time to hand craft each item to Woof Works quality standards. Please allow around two weeks for order processing.

Can I make a return?

Woof Works customizes every piece with your picture or words.  Based on this customization, returns are not allowed.  However, Woof Works wants you to be happy about your purchase.  If you have any concerns, please contact us upon receipt of your order and we will review your concerns.  Customer Satisfaction is our number 1 priority.

Are there any quality standards or specifications for the picture I send in to put on my product?
